The primary challenge for the 2024 Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix was delivering a seamless, premium experience within the highly exclusive Paddock area. As one of the most high-profile races on the F1 calendar, expectations were sky-high for VIP hospitality, operational efficiency, and ensuring high-traffic areas maintained smooth flow while maintaining a top-tier guest experience.

The Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix was a massive undertaking that required precision, adaptability, and a focus on premium service delivery. By leading Paddock operations, I played a crucial role in ensuring high-profile guests enjoyed a seamless experience, contributing to what was widely regarded as one of the standout races on the F1 calendar.


MAIN CHALLENGE

With celebrities, major sponsors, and influential figures in attendance, the ask was to manage logistics, enhance guest engagement, and ensure flawless execution in a high-pressure environment.


ACHIEVEMENTS

As part of the event’s operational team, I was directly responsible for overseeing the Paddock area, which required a combination of logistical coordination, client relations, and on-the-ground problem-solving. My contributions included:

Paddock Operations: Managed the layout, flow, and overall experience for high-profile attendees within the exclusive Paddock area. This included ensuring VIPs, media, and team guests moved smoothly and efficiently throughout the space.

Vendor Coordination: Managed communications with multiple vendors to ensure activation spaces, catering, and sponsor areas were set up according to plan.

Staff Oversight: Led a team responsible for guest services, ensuring all touchpoints aligned with the event’s high standards.

Crisis Management: Remained agile in resolving on-site issues, from adjusting layouts to improving guest flow in real-time.


Attendance

The 2024 Miami Grand Prix attracted over 270,000 attendees across the race weekend, a record-breaking number for the event.


VIP Success

The Paddock area hosted dozens of A-list celebrities, athletes, and prominent figures, earning positive feedback for its smooth operations and elevated experience.


Fan Engagement
